Facility Float Pool RN

Mercy seeks a part-time Facility Float Pool RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across multiple hospital units. In this dynamic role, you will assess and monitor diverse patient populations, administer medications, document in the EHR, and support rapid changes in acuity and census. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, follow evidence-based protocols, and champion safety and infection control.
