Material Handler / Warehouse AssociateLocation: Minden, NV 89423 Pay Rate: $20.79/hour Duration: 1-Year Contract Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime: Available on evenings and weekendsPosition OverviewWe are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support increased production demands in a manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in material movement, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and production support. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesPull parts and materials from production orders to support manufacturing operations.Package materials and products according to documented work instructions.Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility using carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.Load and unload trucks at the shipping and receiving dock.Receive incoming materials and enter transactions into SAP.Perform inspections of raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain organized inventory and work areas.Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience.Ability to consistently lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 40 lbs.Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or industrial environments.Experience using SAP or similar inventory systems.Familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.Soft SkillsStrong attendance and punctuality.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Dependable and accountable for assigned responsibilities.Team-oriented with a positive attitude.Focused on accuracy and safety.Working ConditionsWorkshop-based environment.Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.Occasional work on the shipping dock and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.Long periods of standing may be required.Safety RequirementsSafety Boots required.Prescription Safety Glasses required (if applicable).Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.Why Apply?Competitive pay at $20.79/hourConsistent full-time scheduleOvertime opportunities availableGain experience with a leading manufacturing operationOpportunity to contribute during a period of increased workload and business growthApply today if you have warehouse experience, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a stable contract opportunity in Minden, NV.
