This role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals, clients, and their families to ensure prehensive and effective therapy outes. Responsibilities: Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of conditions. Educate clients and their families on exercises and activities to improve daily living skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients. Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and prehensive records for each client. Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field. Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license. Experience in providing occupational therapy services, particularly in a clinical or educational setting. Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
