• Job Title: Warehouse Replenishment & Organization Associate
• Location: Inwood, NY, directly across the Queens border from Far Rockaway and minutes from the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue A train terminal. Many members of our team commute from Queens and Brooklyn via the A train.
• Schedule: Full-Time. Sunday availability required. Saturday normally scheduled off, with a weekday off based on department schedule. Overtime, extended shifts, and additional workdays may be required based on business needs.
• Compensation: $18 - $21 an hour, based on directly relevant warehouse experience, equipment operation, reliability, and demonstrated ability

Rockville is seeking a Warehouse Replenishment & Organization Associate to help keep our warehouse clean, organized, replenished, pick-ready, and operating efficiently throughout the day.

This is a hands-on warehouse role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, speed, order, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The right person understands that a productive warehouse depends on more than picking and packing. It depends on clean aisles, organized pallet positions, accurate product locations, replenished pick areas, clear access to inventory, and a warehouse floor that is ready for the team to work efficiently.

This role works closely with warehouse leadership, inventory, receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and returns teams. The primary focus is to keep product locations organized, accessible, properly replenished, and maintained so warehouse operators can move quickly and accurately.

Rockville operates a high-SKU ecommerce warehouse with a wide mix of boxed products, including audio equipment, electronics, speakers, monitors, accessories, parts, cables, car audio, marine audio, DJ equipment, lighting, recording gear, commercial audio, and related products. Our inventory includes small, medium, and large items with different storage, picking, packaging, and handling requirements. We need someone who can help maintain structure, cleanliness, and efficiency across that environment.

• Location integrity: Help ensure product is stored in the right place, in the right condition, and according to warehouse location standards.
• Continuous improvement support: Support slotting changes, rack organization, relabeling, consolidation, space optimization, and other warehouse improvement projects.

What You’ll Own

• Keep pick locations, pallet positions, rack areas, aisles, and product storage areas neat, organized, accessible, and ready for daily operations.
• Support daily replenishment by helping ensure pick locations are stocked, properly faced, and easy for pickers to access.
• Consolidate partial pallets, reduce unnecessary empty space, and help improve cubic storage utilization where possible.
• Help maintain single-deep, two-deep, and three-deep pallet positions according to warehouse standards and management direction.
• Prepare product for efficient picking by opening master cartons when appropriate and making sure inventory is accessible without creating clutter or delays.
• Break down, flatten, and remove empty cartons, packaging materials, and corrugate from warehouse work areas.
• Move full corrugate bins, cardboard, and related waste to designated disposal areas as part of daily warehouse housekeeping.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move, access, replenish, organize, and position inventory.
• Help maintain accurate product placement by following aisle, rack, bin, pallet, and location profiles set by management.
• Support putaway by making sure product is placed in the correct locations and in a way that supports safe, efficient picking and replenishment.
• Identify and correct messy, unsafe, blocked, mislabeled, poorly organized, or inefficient product locations when possible.
• Escalate inventory location issues, product placement concerns, damaged pallets, safety hazards, or process problems to warehouse leadership.
• Help keep aisles, work areas, staging areas, and equipment paths clean, clear, and safe throughout the day.
• Support warehouse improvement projects, including re-slotting, rack changes, pallet position changes, relabeling, space clearing, product moves, and layout adjustments.
• Work independently with urgency, focus, and pride in keeping the warehouse organized, efficient, and operating smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a warehouse associate who has:

• Previous warehouse, replenishment, putaway, inventory, picking, receiving, shipping, or warehouse operations experience
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, or similar equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping product areas clean, organized, and accurate
• Ability to work quickly while still being careful, safe, and precise
• Ability to work independently without needing constant direction
• Comfort moving through the warehouse all day, checking locations, organizing product, removing clutter, and keeping areas ready for use
• Ability to follow warehouse location rules, aisle profiles, rack layouts, and instructions from management
• Ability to lift, move, open, stage, organize, and handle boxed products throughout the day
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, lift, and work in a warehouse environment for a full shift
• Reliability, punctuality, accountability, and a strong work ethic
• A safety-conscious approach when operating equipment or working around warehouse traffic

Strongly Preferred

• Forklift, reach truck, order picker, or pallet jack experience
• Experience in a high-SKU ecommerce, distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment
• Experience with replenishment, putaway, pick locations, pallet organization, rack locations, or inventory flow
• Experience working with mixed-size boxed products, electronics, accessories, parts, components, speakers, equipment, or similar inventory
• Experience breaking down cartons, maintaining pick areas, removing corrugate, and keeping warehouse aisles clean and organized
• Experience supporting warehouse improvement projects, reorganization, relabeling, rack changes, product moves, or space optimization
• Basic comfort using hand tools or helping with labels, bins, pallets, rack areas, product moves, or warehouse setup tasks
• Familiarity with 5S, warehouse housekeeping, location accuracy, or continuous improvement principles
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Ability to work full-time onsite at 600 Bayview Ave, Inwood, NY
