Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Fairmont, WV. This role involves working in an acute care setting with a dedicated team on the Stepdown/Med Surg unit. Nurses with stepdown experience and strong skills in patient care will excel in this supportive and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with respiratory issues, weakness, UTI, AKI, and chest pain
• Titrate drips including Heparin, insulin, Cardizem, and amiodarone
• Work collaboratively with house supervisor and support staff
• Utilize RT equipment such as CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow
• Monitor patient telemetry and interpret strips

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Stepdown experience
• Comfortable with EPIC charting system
