Admissions Coordinator (Project Management) The Aveda Institute Chicago is seeking a driven Admissions Coordinator to join our Chicago team! You'll be the face of our institute -- connecting with prospective students, guiding them through enrollment, and supporting their journey toward a career in beauty and wellness. If you're a strong communicator with natural leadership skills who can take initiative, drive results, and inspire students from their first conversation through career placement, we'd love to connect with you! Responsibilities: Recruit and assist prospective students throughout the admissions process for the institute Connect and build meaningful relationships with students, alumni, and the team at IBW Help students and alumni with career placement opportunities Post engaging content on social media that showcases the IBW culture and community Utilize platforms such as HubSpot, Sakari and other platforms to support admissions and engagement Plan and organize events for the institute Interact daily on social media to connect with current and prospective students Conduct student interviews and follow up within 24 hours of each meeting Collect statistical data required by NAACAS and Aveda Provide administrative support and assist with projects as needed Other duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications: Previous admissions or enrollment experience Prior industry experience is a strong plus Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive, self-motivated approach Strong experience with social media content creation and engagement Proficiency with Office 365 and related administrative tools Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills Adoration for the beauty and wellness industry Schedule: Monday-Friday- 40 hrs/week #J-18808-Ljbffr Aveda Institute Chicago in
