Waves Express Car Wash—voted Best of South Carolina and Best of the Upstate —is seeking a motivated Manager-in-Training to join our growing team!

What You'll Do

Train directly under experienced managers to learn every part of our operation
Lead by example —greet customers with enthusiasm and ensure each visit exceeds expectations
Oversee daily operations , including inventory, site cleanliness, and minor maintenance
Manage open/close procedures and ensure safety and efficiency on-site
Promote memberships and drive customer loyalty through excellent service and communication
Work hands-on with the team —keep the wash running smoothly and jump in wherever needed

What We're Looking For

Strong leadership potential —ready to take initiative and learn fast
Friendly, customer-first attitude with great communication skills
Reliable and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work weekends (rotating schedule)
Prior supervisory or team leader experience in retail, restaurant, or service industry is a plus
