Responsibilities Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. Train and develop kitchen staff, inspiring them to reach their full potential. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for driving revenue and controlling costs. Create and maintain a positive work environment, where every team member feels valued and empowered. Manage guest feedback with grace and professionalism, turning every negative experience into an opportunity for growth. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to elevate our culinary offerings. Drive to develop your skills and work to climb up ladder. Qualifications 1-3 years of Kitchen Management Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. Proficient in computer systems and software. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen is a plus.
