Residential Supervisor

Residential Supervisor We are looking for a Residential Supervisor who can bring an energetic and positive approach to helping youths in a dynamic team environment. This role is part of Cohannet Academy, an intensive residential treatment program for adolescents that offers 24‑hour comprehensive care and on‑site schooling. Compensation $22.50 to $33.00 per hour. Overtime may be required due to the nature of the work. The range is subject to change based on experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures on site and during on‑call coverage. Provide training and supervision to Residential Counselors, supporting their professional development. Support all efforts to ensure the safety and well‑being of students. Assist staff and programming using knowledge of Cohannet's Residential Department policies and procedures. Why JRI? Supervisory experience in a mental health facility. Valid driver’s license (transporting students required). Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as needed. Ability to provide physical interventions and verbal de‑escalations to create a safe therapeutic environment. Background and driving record checks will be performed.
