Clinical Treatment Responsibilities

●      Perform advanced clinical skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser treatments when permitted

●      Follow treatment protocols and safety procedures

●      Maintain proper sanitation and infection control standards

●      Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are prepared for each service

●      Deliver treatments within the appropriate service time

Consultation and Client Education

●      Conduct comprehensive skin consultations

●      Analyze skin conditions and concerns

●      Develop customized treatment plans

●      Recommend home care products and routines

●      Educate clients on treatment expectations and long-term care

Guest Experience Responsibilities

●      Provide a warm and professional guest experience

●      Build strong relationships with guests

●      Encourage repeat visits and long-term skincare programs

●      Ensure client comfort and satisfaction during treatments

Operational Responsibilities

●      Maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization

●      Assist with laundry and treatment room preparation

●      Maintain treatment suite inventory

●      Complete daily cleaning and sanitation checklists

●      Follow all state, local, OSHA, and safety regulations
