Position Summary Provides member service and maintains the checkout and entrance/exit areas. Resolves member issues, promotes Sam’s Club products and services, provides guidance on self‑service technology, processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies, handles merchandise safely, reports unsafe situations, organizes merchandise, maintains documentation, executes emergency response, collaborates on training new associates, ensures compliance with security and safety, and adapts to change to support customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide member service and maintain the checkout area. Resolve member issues and concerns. Promote Sam’s Club products and services. Guide members on self‑service technology. Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Follow safety and security procedures, conduct safety sweeps. Handle merchandise properly and report unsafe situations. Maintain entrance and exit areas, acknowledge and verify membership. Assist members with purchasing decisions and item transportation. Keep a safe shopping environment. Manage paperwork, logs, and documentation. Execute emergency response procedures. Train new Member Frontline Services associates on company procedures and technology. Maintain zone, arrange merchandise, identify shrink and damages. Adapt to change and continuous learning. Qualifications Minimum: Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (cash register) and working with mobile retail applications. Preferred: [None listed] Pay Hourly: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour* (may equal or exceed minimum wage). Additional compensation premiums may apply.
