Warehouse Leader

What you'll do As a Warehouse Site Leader , you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by training warehouse associates, focusing on cost efficiency, continuous improvement, service, and safety across all shifts. You will manage front‑line staff and support leadership staffing. This onsite role requires regular presence within the warehouse and plant environment to support day‑to‑day operations, frontline leadership, and cross‑functional execution. Responsibilities Manage the training of all warehouse personnel, including onboarding of new team members. Work with location leadership to improve processes and reinforce procedures. Develop and motivate your team to solve day‑to‑day operational issues and reach short‑ and long‑term performance goals. Execute Lighthouse responsibilities. Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact. Communicate and collaborate cross‑functionally. Build people capability through employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front‑line hourly personnel. Coach and issue discipline. Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training. Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help the facility meet the annual operating plan. Maintain regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally. Work off‑shift, on weekends, and conduct occasional travel as required. Compensation and Benefits Expected compensation range is $73,400 – $122,850. Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will factor into the actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid annually. Paid time off, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement, subject to eligibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include engineering, business, operations management, supply chain, logistics, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience. Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience for front‑line hourly employees. Experience supervising teams of 15+ employees preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in an onsite warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center. Experience using SAP (ERP, WM, EWM, or related systems) strongly preferred. Experience using warehouse management systems appreciated. Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency required (reporting, spreadsheets, pivot tables, lookups). Availability to work off‑shifts, weekends, and occasional travel. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Valid driver’s license required.
