AI-First Product Ops Director

You will drive lean, near-zero-overhead product operations across Bedrock and Catalyst, and lead an AI maturity program that moves teams from individual productivity to agent-driven workflows.
You will build shared playbooks, enable PMs with AI tools, and oversee a high-impact team.
