Family Practice Physician Opportunity

Facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our long-standing Primary Care group. Our practices are open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday with the opportunity for additional late night and weekend hours. Call is shared by all the physician partner practices, making it 1:12 on the weekends and 1:5 during the week. Main facility and its specialist physicians work with practice to rotate doctors and Advanced Providers into weekly clinics to provide our patients with great care. Community-based, multi-specialty network. Looking for a highly engaged physician who can see the long-term value in the practice and wants to engage in their patients' preventative, primary care.

RVU based compensation with no cap. Flexible schedule to offer balance. Health, dental, vision. Short term and long-term disability. 403 retirement & 457B plans. Not-for-profit hospital. CME, license, certification costs covered. Academic and teaching opportunities. Candidates must be able to obtain a Florida license.
