The Breakfast Attendant must maintain a friendly and helpful attitude to guests, customers, clients and visitors. The Breakfast Attendant must prepare, display, serve, and safely store food products for the hotel breakfast. The Breakfast Attendant will also keep the breakfast serving area clean and well displayed, as well as keep eating area tables, chairs, and floors clean during and after breakfast serving hours. The breakfast Attendant is responsible for pantry and food preparation rooms to be clean and well organized. Food storage and safe food handling practices are always required. This position is crucial to the atmosphere of the breakfast for the guests and provides the guest with a very pleasant or happy experience to enhance their impression of the hotel.
