Professional Staff Nurse - Rotating ShiftThe Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse and a crucial member of the care delivery team responsible for setting standards for the level and quality of care. This role encompasses leadership, partnership, collaboration, and supervision in managing patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members.ResponsibilitiesPerform in accordance with system-wide competencies and behaviors.Participate in department or unit-specific quality improvement efforts.Utilize research and evidence-based practice to enhance clinical care.Apply the nursing process to create a healing environment.Demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication within the care team.Engage collaboratively with patients and their families for improved care outcomes.Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changes in the professional practice environment.Provide detailed teaching to patients and families regarding their care.Develop and maintain productive working relationships with accountability and motivation.Communicate safety hazards identified in the workplace promptly.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureRN Required; BSN preferred.A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.ScheduleThis is a rotating shift position, requiring 12-hour shifts across 3 workdays per week.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
