Systems Analyst 3 (Full Stack Developer – Angular/Java)

The client is seeking three (3) Systems Analyst 3 professionals with strong full-stack development expertise to support application modernization initiatives. The selected candidates will play a key role in analyzing business needs, designing technical solutions, and developing modern, scalable, cloud-native applications. This includes refactoring legacy systems into microservices, building responsive front-end applications, and delivering secure, high-performing backend services. All work products developed under this engagement will be considered "work made for hire" and remain the property of Client.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business objectives, user requirements, and operational processes to recommend technical solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for system improvements
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Angular and Java
• Refactor legacy systems into microservices-based architectures
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for system integration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system inputs, outputs, and reporting formats
• Write detailed technical specifications, system documentation, and user requirements
• Implement cloud-native and serverless solutions
• Apply DevSecOps practices across the development lifecycle
• Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews
• Implement observability, monitoring, and logging solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements (Must Have)

• 8+ years of full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience
• Strong proficiency in: Angular, TypeScript (Frontend Development), Java Backend Development
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with: Docker and Kubernetes (Containerization), Cloud-native or serverless deployments
• Experience with event-driven architecture patterns
• Proven experience integrating DevSecOps practices
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience refactoring monolithic applications into microservices
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Application Insights, Prometheus
• Experience with feature flags and progressive delivery
• Strong coding standards with ability to produce clean, maintainable code
• Experience creating technical documentation
• Active participation in Agile/Scrum environments
