Territory Sales Representative - Full Time - GA, AL & NWFL

Join the World’s #1 Electric Caddy Brand Motocaddy is growing its U.S. sales team and is looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Representative to help expand our presence and drive continued growth within Georgia, Alabama, the western Florida Panhandle, and Chattanooga. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about golf, loves building relationships, and knows how to turn a territory into a thriving business. You’ll have the opportunity to represent a globally recognized, premium golf technology brand while building relationships with golf courses, PGA Professionals, green grass accounts, off-course retailers, and key buyers throughout your territory. What You’ll Do As the Territory Sales Representative, you will own the growth and development of your assigned market, including: Drive revenue and achieve sales targets across your assigned territory. Develop new business while expanding relationships with existing accounts. Build strong relationships with PGA Professionals, golf course operators, golf retailers, and key industry buyers. Manage the sales process from prospecting and presentations through account development and ongoing relationship management. Conduct regular in-person territory visits, customer meetings, product demonstrations, events, and trade shows. Travel frequently throughout the assigned territory to develop relationships and grow the business. Increase Motocaddy distribution, product placement, sell-through, and market share. Leverage qualified leads generated by our inside sales team and convert opportunities into sales. Partner with the marketing team to execute targeted local and regional marketing initiatives. Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Provide regular sales forecasts, territory updates, and market feedback to leadership. Serve as a highly visible and professional ambassador for the Motocaddy brand throughout the golf community. What You Bring We’re looking for a relationship-driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who is motivated by building a business within their territory. Ideal candidates will have: Proven success in territory sales, business development, or account management. Experience in the golf, sporting goods, consumer products, specialty retail, or related industries preferred. Existing relationships within the golf industry strongly preferred. Experience working with golf courses, green grass accounts, golf retailers, PGA Professionals, or similar customers is a plus. A track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to independently manage a territory, pipeline, and customer base. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory. A genuine passion for golf and enthusiasm for representing an innovative premium brand. Motocaddy strongly prefers the ideal candidate for this position live in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
