Treating every client as the top priority, we customize our solutions and services to align with the unique needs of each client.Job DescriptionTitle: Voice Dial Plan EngineerLocation: Greenwood Village, CO or Denver, COType: FulltimeInterview: Phone and SkypeResponsibilities: · Configuring MGCF translations · Voice Network architecture planning and design · Working with LERG · Testing of routing · Voice Network devices (SBC, SRP, MGW) · Performance and capacity management (trunks, interconnections, carrier management) · Managing ASR and NER · Event and outage management · Measurement, reporting, and CSI · Network Operations Center functional efficiency Actively participate in engagement planning, execution, and reporting activities including: · Researching new technologies, understanding existing processes, and referencing recognized service management frameworks · Interfacing with our clients to identify and understand potential risk areas · Contributing to the definition of final engagement scope · Documenting meeting minutes · Analyzing documentation, process information, technical configurations, or other client provided information and documenting the results of analysis · Clearly articulating the status and results of work performed, both orally and in written form, to internal management and the client · Operates effectively and with minimal supervision, if needed, within a team or independently. · Pursues continuous professional development through internal/external training, certifications and/or continuing education. · Shares knowledge gained through previous experience and engagements performed with other staff members. · Performs special projects and related duties, as assigned. · Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement to engagement methodology, department tools, and training curriculum. · May informally coach and supervise individual staff. · Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. · Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline with solid academic credentials. · Minimum of 10 years of experience required. · Broad Experience in Network Operations and Technology. · Experience and/or certification in one or more areas: · Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS-ENT, ITIL, TOGAF etc · Hands on technical experience (Routing, Switching) · Vendor experience: Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint · Process experience: COBIT, ITIL, Agile · Routing Protocols · IT Experience in a large corporation. · Large multi-function or multi-division IT projects · Experience Working for large Telecommunications company a plus · Experience supporting multi-data center converged (data, voice, video) networks · Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access) · Ability to travel up to 25-35% annually · Exposure to internal audit, compliance or other internal control functions (including automation used in these functions) is a plus, but not required.
