Capital Markets Middle Office Senior

Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets Middle Office Senior for the Corporate and Investment Banking Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) team. Key responsibilities will include leading a consistent end-to-end governance program for non-financial regulatory reporting, managing risk & control initiatives effecting Non-financial Regulatory Reporting Operations, providing vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership, designing and implementing robust daily, weekly, monthly reporting to ensure compliance with the core regulatory requirements, executing assessments with analyses of the reporting environment, continuously reviewing the control environment for gaps or issues, monitoring of established regulatory controls and any applicable reporting threshold changes, analysis and impact assessment across applicable US regulations to ensure completeness, documentation of regulatory processes and controls, collaborating globally to ensure alignment of procedures and processes, developing, reviewing and executing monitoring to assess compliance with reporting rules and regulations and Firm policies, as well as for any system or process changes, and collaborating with risk partners in Audit, Compliance, Control and Operations’ teams to provide transparency.

Required Qualifications: 6+ years of Capital Markets industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of management experience.

Desired Qualifications: Compliance and/or regulatory reporting experience at a broker-dealer or regulatory organization, extensive knowledge and understanding of equities, fixed income, and derivatives products, including trade and transaction regulatory reporting, in-depth knowledge of US trading rules and regulations and regulatory reporting obligations, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, flexibility, sound judgment, problem solving and analytical capabilities, and the ability to multi-task, experience directly related to the identification and assessment of controls and management of risk and control related issues, ability to identify risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls, advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment, ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management, effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills, ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while maintaining the highest standard of excellence.
