Customer Service Greeter The Customer Service Greeter at Bartow Ford will provide exceptional service to customers entering and exiting the dealership. The Greeter is also responsible for creating a positive customer experience and making customers feel welcome and valued. The Greeter promotes a hospitality-oriented environment while understanding the customers' needs and working to ensure customer satisfaction. Rotating shifts, evenings and Saturdays.Hours and schedule may vary. Responsibilities: Welcome visitors by greeting them in person when they enter the dealership. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. Assess customer needs and provide appropriate assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. Respond to customer inquiries and partner with management to resolve concerns when appropriate. Direct customers to appropriate areas of the dealership. Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver top-notch customer experience. Act as a team member, which includes possible cross-training for other departments. Ability to interpret instructions, follow policies and procedures. Requirements: Must submit to a background check and drug test Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be at least 18 years of age Must maintain a professional appearance Outstanding customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and multitasking ability Must be dependable.
