Welder We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for MIG welding aluminum components, reading blueprints to specifications, building components once welded, packing finished orders, and utilizing hand and power tools. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on aluminum components. Read and interpret blueprints to meet specifications. Build and assemble components after welding. Pack finished orders efficiently. Use hand and power tools as required. Essential Skills 1+ years of welding experience. Ability to read basic blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with fabrication and assembly. Work Environment The position is a first shift role, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and occasional Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The facility is non-climate controlled, which means it may be hot during the summer months. New team members will receive hands-on training by partnering with more experienced employees. Teamwork is highly valued in this collaborative environment. Job Type & Location This is a contract to hire position based out of Kent, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
