This position is responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting technology solutions to ensure efficient and reliable operations.**Key Responsibilities*** Provide day-to-day support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.* Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, printers, and related equipment.* Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues, documenting resolutions and procedures.* Utilize desktop management tools to deploy patches, perform audits, and maintain device performance.* Perform desktop imaging and deployment activities.* Coordinate with telecommunications and vendor support teams to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.* Maintain knowledge of current technologies, systems, and industry trends.* Assist with hardware repairs, warranty claims, and equipment replacement.**Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.* Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting personal computers and providing end-user technical support.* Experience installing and maintaining operating systems and desktop software.* Experience with desktop management tools, patch deployment, and system imaging.* Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and workstation optimization.* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.This position is required to work on– site in Brenham, TX Monday – Friday. *A full job description will be presented upon selection for an interview.**Germania Insurance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
