Shipping Coordinator

Operations strategy at Ford lives or dies on follow-through, and that follow-through is exactly what this Shipping Coordinator owns. At its core, this is a mid-level Shipping Coordinator job in CT that rewards 3 years with $74,000 - $95,000 and room to run. Key Responsibilities Sequence the rollout so CT regions don't all break at once Translate ambiguous business problems into structured, solvable workstreams Turn a remote-friendly board mandate into work the business team can start Monday Argue the oddball-friendly option even when the room already loves the safe one Catch the fast-moving risk in a contract before legal even opens it What You'll Bring Experience translating Supplier Relationship Management complexity for a non-technical audience The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat A knack for Warehouse Management that colleagues quietly come to rely on A CT work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway Three things define Ford: a Bridgeport address, a builder-led culture, and a near-religious devotion to Order Fulfillment. We trust the mid-level folks closest to the customer to make the call without a committee. We pair a $74,000 - $95,000 salary with health, dental, and vision plans, plus annual bonuses tied to team performance. This minute, the Shipping Coordinator chair sits empty and the search is on. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Innovation Corp
