Description

• Conduct evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient contexts, crafting personalized treatment plans designed to align with their specific needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program or equivalent degree

Certifications

• Active license as a Physical Therapist in the state
• CPR certification is preferred
