Overview Paralegal / Legal Assistant (bilingual English / Spanish) Must be bilingual in Spanish/English and have at least one year of experience in the immigration field to be considered for this position. The Law Offices of Daniel Shanfield- Immigration Defense PC is the South Bay's leading immigration defense law firm. In addition to assisting immigrant families to reunite and remain in the United States, we defend immigrants facing deportation for crimes and immigration violations, help asylum seekers find refuge from persecution, and assist legal residents overcome past criminal and immigration violations to obtain U.S. citizenship. Our Firm is now seeking a Bilingual Immigration Defense Legal Assistant/Paralegal (F/T Eng/Sp) for our San Jose Main Office.
