Job Duties Associate, Risk Governance with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Perform monitoring and testing execution by business line to self‑identify issues associated with high‑risk processes, reducing operational risk. Attend regular meetings and collaborate with teams to discuss progress, results, findings and identify risk themes across business lines. Identify, analyze, and monitor areas of risk related to business processes and controls, prioritizing tasks and workload using project management skills. Advise, challenge, and inform businesses on recommended mitigation actions to ensure risks are adequately addressed. Partner with business lines to understand residual risks post issue resolution and apply lessons learned to improve risk and control framework. Socialize lessons learned to further strengthen risk and control framework. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Analytics, Project Management, Business Data Science, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum two years of experience in a similar role or related field. Experience navigating and analyzing complex data sets, concepts, and processes and controls. Experience adapting and navigating various internal systems and tools to extract, interpret, and analyze business data. Experience using project and workflow management systems for work tracking and reporting. Strong ability to articulate and communicate risk‑related concerns to diverse stakeholder groups, tailoring communication to technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience collaborating on global teams and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across various business functions.
