Job Summary:


The Pittsburgh Field Club is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Provide menu recommendations and offer information about specials and promotions.
3. Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
4. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
5. Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests for additional items or assistance.
6. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
7. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
8. Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
7. Must be 16 years or older.
