Your Future Role At A GlanceLocation: Indianapolis, IndianaFacility: St. Vincent HospitalDepartment/Specialty: Stepdown/NeuroSchedule: Full Time NightsHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleYou will be working in a high-acuity, 46 bed unit where the patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:3-4.Patients come from the ER or are transferred from the Trauma Neuro ICU and MICU.Wide range of diagnoses; Trauma Injuries, Craniotomy, Laminectomy, Discectomy.Act as the Clinical Liaison by translating complex medical plans into clear, compassionate language.Engage in effective team collaboration, including rapid response and initiative participation.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / RegistrationRequired Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
