Benefits 401(k) Retirement Benefit Continuing Education Benefits Other benefits as provided Responsibilities and Qualifications Maintain assigned store section and stock merchandise using proper equipment (excluding power/heavy equipment). Ensure proper pricing, check product date codes, and rotate merchandise. Prepare perishable products for sale as needed. Set up advertising/promotional displays. Clean and maintain sanitation standards in all interior and exterior areas of store and parking lot. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous assistance to customers and assist with loading purchases. Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including recording lost/damaged goods and store supplies. Read and write English; interact with general public and co-workers. Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, memos, and write simple correspondence. Apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions. Regularly lift up to 45 pounds (often 25) and occasionally 60 pounds. Optional Qualifications Basic PC/Outlook skills. Retail Management Certificate.
