Job Title: Quality Lab Technician I
Location: Atlanta, TX
Pay Rate: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Shift: Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Lab Technician I to support quality testing and laboratory operations in our manufacturing facility. What You'll Do

• Perform quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Prepare samples and conduct routine laboratory analyses
• Document and communicate test results accurately
• Identify and report quality concerns or out-of-specification results
• Support production and product development teams with testing data
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
• Assist with calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Monitor inventory and restock laboratory supplies
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
• Enter and maintain accurate records in company systems
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented

Preferred

• Associate degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Previous laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or chemical industry experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with required PPE
• Comfortable working around chemicals, equipment, and varying noise levels
