Occupational Therapist- OT Home Health, Kent, WA, local or travel
13 weeks
Shift: M-F , 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
30 units per week
Home health required
HCHB desired
No call or weekends
Qualifications: HCHB & HH experience required
Skills
Current state license as an Occupational Therapist - Required
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Reliable transportation and insurance - Required
Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
HCHB EMR preferred
EducationGraduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
