Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, performing diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist:
- Confirm patient identity and exam verification prior to initiating the scan
- Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging
- Prepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortable
- Insert IVs when necessary for the test
- Position patients accordingly, utilizing safe patient handling
- Maintain accurate patient records within EPIC, ensuring images are sent to the PACS system correctly
- Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility
Requirements of the CT Technologist:
- NYS licensure with injection therapy certification at time of submission
- Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Two (2) years of experience
- Level 1 Trauma Center experience
- BLS certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
