Class A CDL Local Driver Dedicated Retail Account

Looking for consistent local miles with guaranteed weekly income? This dedicated grocery route operates directly out of Johnstown and Albany, delivering zero-touch freight while getting you home at the end of every single shift. Designed specifically for slip-seat drivers, you get predictable regional routes with zero freight touch.

Shift Structure & Route Details

Daily Home Time: Home nightly for slip-seat operators.
Flexible Schedules: Options for 5-day or 6-day work weeks (exact schedule options discussed during onboarding).
Shift Flexibility: Day and night dispatches available.
Weekend & Holiday Expectation: Mandatory weekend rotation; required to work all major holidays.
Freight & Gear: 100% no-touch freight involving live unloads at store distribution points.
Weekly Distance: Averaging high local volume at ~2,200 miles per week.

Pay Rates & Driver Perks

Incentive Pay: Mileage pay + stop pay breakdown ($10 for 1st stop, $15 for all subsequent stops).
Short-Run Premium: $25 flat pay for short loads under 50 miles.
Guaranteed Earnings: Financial security with a $1,500 weekly floor guarantee for your first 3 months post-solo dispatch.
Top Earning Potential: Top-tier performers pushing ~2,200 miles with multi-stop pay earn upwards of $1,650$1,800+ weekly.

Qualifications, Carrier Standards & Screening

Position Prerequisites: Open to entry-level Trainees and experienced First Seat CDL-A drivers.
General Carrier Experience Standards: Accepting non-CDL candidates (trainee path), Class A CDL holders with 0 experience, drivers with 6 months in the last 12 months, OR 12 months in the last 5 years.
DOT & Drug Screen Mandate: Must pass DOT physical qualifications alongside pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug screenings.
