Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
• Support initiatives by promoting additional services or products.
• Ensure a clean and organized office environment for optimal customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and uphold dealership standards.
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in the automotive field preferred but not required.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for record-keeping.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in automotive products and services is highly desirable.
