Position Summary As a member of the Guest Services team, the receptionist is responsible for providing a warm welcome tovisitors, directing guests and staff, and helping individuals connect with the right person or department. Position Responsibilities Welcome guests and staff in a pleasant and friendly manner. Help individuals know where to find the person/help they need. Pursue answers to questions for guests andstaff. Respond to inquiries in an efficient and timely manner. Maintainsecurity by following procedures and issuing visitor badges. Answerthe phone in a professional and courteous manner. Flexible schedule - ability to work mornings and afternoons. Clean and stock coffee bar (including making coffee). Maintain a clean and clutter free work area. Open and close Gift Shop. Assist customers with sales. Support Guest Services with any other special projects requested by the Manager. Position Requirements A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes your personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth. Embracethe vision, mission, and core values of JAARS. High school diploma or equivalent. Warm and personable conversationalist with the ability to build relationships. Takes initiative.
