Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Employing advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
• Working closely with radiologists and the multidisciplinary care team to guarantee precise diagnoses.
• Positioning patients accurately and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal imaging results.
• Adhering to strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and colleagues.
• Keeping thorough and updated records, including imaging logs and equipment maintenance documentation.
• Delivering compassionate care to enhance the patient experience throughout the imaging process.
• Fostering a safe and efficient imaging environment.

Required Education

• An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
• Successful completion of a program from an accredited radiology institution.

Necessary Certifications

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography).
• Current BLS certification or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days post-hire.

Valuable Skills

• Proficiency with both diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards.
• Exemplary communication abilities when interacting with patients and interdisciplinary staff members.
• The skill to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to evolving situations.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability.
• Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software.
