At Chick-fil-A, Team/Shift Leaders play a vital role in assisting our team with all aspects of shift management, ensuring that each guest enjoys an outstanding experience. Team/Shift Leaders supervise assigned stations throughout their shift and are tasked with opening and/or closing the restaurant following the established procedures. Key Responsibilities: Encourage Team Members to work at a pace that meets the restaurant's established speed of service guidelines. Execute proper security and cash handling protocols while holding cashiers accountable for compliance. Oversee the cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, parking lot, and overall facility. Address guest issues as they arise and consult with management on more complex matters. Foster positive working relationships with employees, providing direction and constructive feedback. Communicate employee performance and policy violations to management for appropriate resolution. Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.
