Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a family-owned roofing and construction company headquartered in Kansas City, serving homeowners since 1977. Over the past several years, we've expanded rapidly throughout the Midwest, with locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Colorado.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities into qualified appointments and closed projects. What You'll Do

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate roofing and exterior project opportunities.
• Answer inbound calls from homeowners, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into scheduled inspections and sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, estimates, and open opportunities to maximize close rates.
• Build rapport with customers and educate them on Shamrock's roofing products, services, and claims process.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best roofing solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities within company systems.
• Coordinate with Roofing Project Managers to ensure a smooth transition after the sale.
• Maintain professional communication through phone, email, and text.
• Stay current on company products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $40,000–$45,000 depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission with earnings on every closed sale.
• Full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break, Saturdays as needed.
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 30 days of employment (effective the first of the following month).
• PTO accrual after 30 days of employment.
• 401(k) eligibility after six months of employment.
• All new hires are subject to a 90-day introductory period

REQUIREMENTS

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
• Residential (B2C) sales experience required; home services or roofing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong closing, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets.
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
