Our agency opened in 2025 and is a small, growing team with big goals. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked for another agent, gaining valuable experience that helped lay the foundation for building a strong, successful office. Weve already become a top-performing agency in the county and are continuing to grow. My journey has shaped how I lead - Im a cancer survivor, which has given me a deep appreciation for resilience, positivity, and supporting others. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Minx - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
