The ideal candidate brings strong pharmaceutical operations and industrial hygiene experience, and the proven ability to lead complex environmental, health, and safety programs.This role is responsible for advancing safety performance through compliance leadership, hazard mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of innovative programs that enhance operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.About the jobJoin a role where you’ll serve as a key member of the local leadership team, overseeing Quality Assurance and all Food, Physical, and Environmental Safety programs across a multisite portfolio. You will provide HS&E expertise during new account due diligence, transitions, and stabilization while driving operational excellence, compliance, and risk mitigation. In this role, you’ll partner with site leaders to strengthen safety culture, deliver training, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives.The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations.
