Job Title: RN - OR
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Setting: Hospital - Operating Room
Pay Range: $50.74 - $53.28 per hour
Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour days (Monday, Thursday, & Friday 6:30AM-7:00PM, call required, rotating shifts possible)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available

Requirements:

• 2+ years of OR RN experience
• Strong orthopedic experience
• BLS & ACLS certification
• Active FL/compact license (visible through Nursys) or 5 years of experience on profile
• EMR: Epic experience preferred
• Prior travel experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to float to other ORs at sister campuses
• Flexible to work rotating and call shifts

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a hospital operating room, your key responsibilities include ensuring patient safety during surgeries, assisting in orthopedic procedures, and maintaining sterile environments.

• Prepare and assist OR surgeons during orthopedic surgeries using advanced techniques.
• Manage and operate Epic EMR systems efficiently.
• Float between ORs as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
