Part-Time Data Assistant

Job Summary Our laboratory activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an office-based Data Assistant to join our Data Management team in the Medpace Reference Lab. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Schedule 4-5 days per week, 9AM-3PM 24-30 hours per week Every other Saturday (unless willing to do every Saturday) Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of Data Management documents; Partner with Sample Archives Assistants and Project Coordinators to resolve issues with incoming samples in the database; Assist Data Coordinators with data cleaning activities (form verification, edits, data queries, data changes, missing samples) Maintain Data Management documents (requisition forms, Data Management Unpacking Resolution Forms, Generic Unpacking forms, etc.) Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma; Strong attention to detail; and Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
