At Baptist Health Louisville, we provide a full scope of surgical services (excluding organ transplants) across multiple specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, neurosurgery, cardiovascular, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, and thoracic. - Implement the nursing process for patients across all age groups (infant to geriatric)
- Ensure patient safety by following all safety policies and procedures
- Assess physiological responses to surgery and manage patient care accordingly
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each patient
- Contribute to the department's success by taking personal responsibility and accountability in your role
- Work in a high-tech, patient-centered environment with a diverse surgical service line
- Collaborative team atmosphere with opportunities for growth and professional development

- BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire
