About the Job Part-Time, Long-Term Role Established, physician-owned pediatric practice serving Hudson County families is hiring an experienced provider looking to reduce clinical hours without stepping away from patient care. Ideal for someone past the early-career buildup phase, you've already established your career and are looking for a sustainable, lower-intensity practice setting for the long term, not a stepping stone or a high-volume production role. What we offer:
- 2-3-day/week schedule, built for providers reducing hours, not building toward full-time.
- Established, loyal patient panels across two locations, no cold-start patient building.
- Physician-owned and led, no hospital system or private equity ownership, no RVU quotas.
- Full clinical autonomy and a collegial, low-turnover team.
- 10+ years pediatric experience.
- Seeking a stable, long-term part-time practice, not a bridge to another role.
- NJ license (or eligible).
