We've partnered with Redgrasshopper to find an elite Residential Painting Sales Consultant to join our league. We skip the corporate politics in favor of high-octane teamwork, absolute integrity, and relentless growth.

The Mission

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you turn homeowner conversations into confident "yes" decisions. You will meet with local homeowners, assess their interior and exterior painting needs, and deliver sharp, professional proposals that close deals on the spot. No cold calling-you are running qualified, scheduled appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to assess their interior/exterior painting needs, align on their vision, and present tailored project options.
• Accurate Estimating: Measure, price, and write up clean digital proposals on-site using our software.
• Close the Deal: Use your negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure signed agreements as an Outside Sales Representative.
• Pipeline Management: Log all activity in our CRM, follow up diligently with open estimates, and protect a premium customer experience.
• Project Handoff: Coordinate seamlessly with our production and painting crews so projects launch cleanly and expectations stay crisp.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Your morning starts with a quick route check and lead review, then you're off across San Antonio to scheduled in-home appointments. Each stop is a chance to read the room, measure the scope, and build trust.

Between visits, you'll tighten notes in your system, send out digital proposals, and make fast follow-up calls to keep your pipeline moving. By day's end, you've advanced your pipeline and set up tomorrow's wins.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Sales Excellence: Strong communication, negotiation, and face-to-face customer service ability.
• Industry Exposure: Experience in Home Improvement Sales, construction sales, painting estimating, or residential remodeling is highly preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Organized, self-directed, and comfortable using mobile estimating apps/tablets in the field.
• Logistics: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a professional presence.
