InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Arlington (Full‑Time OR Part‑Time). You will spend your days helping patients restore strength, balance, and mobility—so they can move safely, prevent falls, and confidently navigate their homes and communities. Key Responsibilities Deliver in‑home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals. Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs. Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care. Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards. Compensation and Benefits $75 to $85 per evaluation. To support your transition into home health, we offer guaranteed base pay for your first 12 weeks while you build your caseload, so you can focus on your patients without financial uncertainty during ramp‑up. Requirements Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing. BLS CPR certification. Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes. Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided). Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.
