This role is responsible for producing consistently high-quality dishes while working clean, fast, and in sync with the kitchen team. Differences from AM Focus on higher-volume dinner rush. Responsible for evening breakdown and deep cleaning. Flexibility for late shifts and weekend coverage. Key Responsibilities Set up and stock stations with necessary prep and equipment. Prepare and execute breakfast and lunch menu items according to KUZA's standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station throughout service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols. Assist with daily prep and inventory tasks as needed. Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and FOH staff. Participate in opening and midday cleaning duties. Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen is preferred. Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques. Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handlers Card. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
