Previous Service Advisor experience is a must. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Offer professional assistance to any customers who call or come into our Service Department Assist customers with their appointment based on their description, vehicle condition, and translate to actionable work orders for technicians to complete Listen to and help resolve any customer complaints Maintain customer records and collect customers payments for services Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets our quality standards Maintain high customer satisfaction Qualifications: Previous Service Advisor experience Working knowledge of automotive products and parts Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the workday Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills Clean driving record and valid WA State driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr
