Warehouse Specialist

Elevate your warehouse career with a team that values precision and tech-savvy skills. We are looking for an above-average Forklift Operator with intermediate computer proficiency—including inventory control, MS Excel, and WMS experience. Prior warehouse lead experience is strongly preferred as we look for candidates ready to step up and drive operational excellence.  

salary: $41,600 - $43,650 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Act as a coach and mentor to floor staff; delegate daily tasks and provide hands-on training for new hires.
• Inventory Integrity: Oversee cycle counting and inventory control processes to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Operations: Navigate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track shipments and manage workflow, oversee shipping and receiving areas
• Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Performance: Drive productivity in a high-volume environment while maintaining high quality-control standards. Act as a coach and mentor and train new employees.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends
